My Nutrition and Lifestyle programs are centred on evidence-based, scientifically supported information and not on hearsay, advertising, myths or misinformation.
The world is facing a host of diet-related health problems. Reliable food and nutrition information, backed by scientific studies, has never been more important. In fact, fad diets and the wrong nutritional advice may genuinely be detrimental to your health.
As an expert in the world of nutrition, I can help you sort the fact from the fiction.
I give nutritional and lifestyle therapy and coaching to help you overcome and sometimes even reverse debilitating and chronic long-term health conditions. I also work to improve overall health or help clients reach specific health goals. Working closely, on a one-to-one basis, we can get to the root of any health problems or health goals you may have and I will support, focus and gently guide you to help you build new healthier eating and lifestyle habits.
Following an in-depth one-to-one health assessment, I will create a bespoke and individualised nutrition and lifestyle plan, that is both practical and achievable for you. We will also work towards re-defining your relationship with food and nutrition, to help you change any long term habits and eating behaviours that are no longer useful to you.

I base my approach on Holistic, Naturopathic principles using a mixture of Therapeutic Coaching, Psychology, Knowledge building and Cognitive Emotional Behavioural Therapy. Together we will improve your body and mind for optimum health and a happier life
