What happens after my discovery call?
If you decide you would like me to help, we can arrange a mutually convenient date for an initial consultation and then a follow-up one-to-one session. This is my Breakthrough Program and it gives you an introduction and initial support to building new healthy eating and lifestyle habits
And then what?
Following the Breakthrough Program, I offer ongoing one-to-one private consultations to suit your particular needs or situation. These can be booked individually or as part of a follow-on Program.
